This course is approved by the California DMV. However, approval of the course content does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by the DMV of this website, its advertising, or business practices.
2. Eligibility
Our course is intended for eligible California drivers with a valid non-commercial California driver license who have received a one-point moving violation and whose court has authorized traffic school. Commercial driver license (CDL) holders are generally not eligible.
3. Course Completion & Reporting
Upon successful completion, we will issue a Certificate of Completion and electronically report your completion to the California DMV and your court as required by law. Point masking is subject to court and DMV rules.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are final once the course has been started. Refunds are available only before beginning the course (subject to a processing fee).
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and complete the course yourself. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course. We are not responsible for missed court deadlines or court eligibility decisions.
